If you have ever wondered how to make an adventure day one you'll never forget JUST ADD WATER!!!!!
Coasteering:
With Gower peninsular as your venue and the ocean as your play ground the limits are just about limitless! Instead of abseiling down cliffs, we jump off them. Instead of running across gullies to dodge waves, we duck under them, instead of looking out to sea, we look inland and think WOW! Swimming into hidden sea caves and taking on rock challenges with the sea as your safety net. This is with out a doubt one of the best guided adventures you could undertake!
Gower is not the only water adventures venue, Pembroke (Abereiddi Blue Lagoon) is one of the most famous coasteering venues in the country with its breath taking views and pulse raising challenges. Swimming through sea caves and up water washed gullies and of course the famous blue lagoon itself with an unbelievable variety of jumps.
Venue:
The Gower - Your instructor will advise you on an appropriate meeting place to make the most of local conditions and tides.
Pembroke - These are session booking, morning sessions meet at 9:00am and afternoon sessions meet at 1:00pm at the car park at Abereiddi Bay.
Gorge Walking:
A rollercoaster ride with Mother Nature in charge of the brakes!!! Picking your way up one of South Wales' hidden rivers who knows what lies around the next bend! From traversing rock walls, swimming across forgotten pools to climbing water falls. Just remember what goes up must come down!! Like my father used to say 'There is no point in climbing a water fall unless you intend to jump off!!!'

Itinerary:
Meet your instructor at the venue at 9:30am where you will be issued with your personal equipment (wetsuit, helmet and buoyancy aid). After your safety briefing the activity begins.
Equipment:
Bring with you a towel, some swimming trunks and some trainers or lace up boots that you don't mind getting wet! Also a packed lunch is a good idea or there are some great pub lunches to be had in the area.
Bring a packed lunch since where we will be eating it is any ones guess! If you need accommodation check out my links for some value ideas.
