Sea cliff climber
The UK is home to some of the most impressive and diverse sea cliff climbing in the world and should definitely feature in every climber's aspirations. However, this branch of the sport of climbing comes with its own unique obstacles; trying to find the route you want while on your hands and knees looking down at the raging sea 200ft below can definitely make the cafe seem quite a temping option. This course is designed to develop the skills and confidence for you to absailer into sea cliffs and rely on your own ability to get back out again.

In this course we look at the solutions to common problems that confront the sea cliff climber, for example:
- Safe abseiling
- Self rescue
- Approach issues
- Tides
- Wild life
- Communication
- Pre-requisites - This course assumes that you have led outside before.
